So, what's your impression about the atty?

Regular, long lasting atty?

This is a atty, usb charger and a connector (when the battery finally does give out) for under $10 (if you order enough stuff to get over the $50)?

You know where I'm headed with this, don't you?

Hi Rocket, It's a bargain for sure no matter how you look at it.. If it were some unheard of incompatible beast well then maybe.. But it's a 510!!

The atties are a high bridge atty but it appear slightly different. The normal metal ring you see at the bottom is still there but it's covered with more of the wire mesh stuff. As a test, I've been using the disposable atty on everything I've got and constantly for over 2 weeks now and it still works like a champ. Same thing with the batteries, I keep putting it the charger and it keeps charging and working..

How's the 905 holding out? I told my supplier the button issue and they are going to send me some spares...

Can't wait till she's all Well, to "collect" the points I made with this one.

Good enough answer?

I'll figure out what I need to cross the $50 point and get some of these. I'll order tomorrow from the Big Government Computer , don't want to order too much from the home laptop and blowup my battery pack.

OK got me a five pack. (ordered on Tuesday) I might just whack the connector off, and give Trailer Parks for Christmas presents. The USB charger will probably only take 24 to 30 hours to charge an 18650. Just might have to step it down to a 14500 so it would charge overnight.
And got some Red Bull juice (73mg/$ is acceptable).

Sure wish I knew how to make my own Red Bull flavor.

Hey Rocket, I've got connectors, why hack up a good battery before you have to ?

Did you get your 510's yet? I'm waiting for some reviews!

Mad
Only hack up bad batteries. And I might have received the 510s, I'll check the tracking number. If they are here I'll trek out to the mailbox and get them.
If and when the batteries die I'll make connectors out of them
UPDATE:
Delivered Friday afternoon
, tracking updated too late to trek out to the mailbox, will bring them in this morning and check them out. Didn't know for sure if the postman was working Friday or not, guess he was.

Comments on these to follow later today(Saturday)

OK, I hate you.
I got 5 of these, at what $44. Padded the order with a little Red Bull to get the free shipping. Now Why do I hate you?
For $8.80 apiece the atty seems like a regular clone, the battery was charged, the cart was live not a dummy and 2 more carts, and a USB charger (screw end for 510 not universal, no LED). I opened one and am trying it now. The other 4 are still in their sealed cigarette pack sized packages. These seem like the PERFECT <$10 gift to give a smoker. I could justify the cost for the atty, couple of carts, charger and just cut the connector out of the battery. But I don't want to even open the other packs, not this close to Christmas. So I won't get to use the other 4 kits. They will be given as presents. And, I am back to waiting for my connectors to come in from China (yes I know you have connectors, just rub it in).

Mad, I hate You, but these ARE A DEAL
Folks, here is a "Trial Offer" that I could live with. No $99 charges if you don't return it in 15 days, No VIP membership. If you don't like it, throw it out, or send it to The Rocket to cut up and take the connector out.
The $10 a stick e-cig. Kool.

The Rocket,
shop till you drop, spend it like it ain't yours.

Happy Holidays.

This thread needs a bump 'cos if there's anyone out there looking to get off analogs and worried about costs...this is the way to go.

These sucka's vape exactly like a true 510, who knows, the atty's may be just as good or better than Joye510 atty's..they look identical to me.

I just stuck a battery in the 510 PCC and looks like it's charging just fine.

Excellent find Hoogie

Two huge thumbs up from me!!!!!!

The $10 a stick 510.
A little Pre-review here.
I've completed 12 cycles on the battery (I cut little notches in the vinyl covering of the battery like an old west gunslinger). I vape till the battery quits, and move the atty over to my 510 mod. I still have only opened one of the 5 packs I bought. And I agree with Laz, the atty seems to vape just fine.

Now, charging compatibility.
The charger supplied does not seem to be smart. Do not use it with other 510 batteries as it may not know when to quit. I tried a few regular 510 batteries and took them off because they were getting warm. The charging "smarts" seem to be in the battery for this model. I think this charger is pretty much "straight through" from the USB.

The batteries seem to charge with other chargers but they may not "Top Off" completly because the charging regulation circuitry (smarts) in the battery probably drops a little of the charging voltage.

This will not be a problem if the battery and charger are always used together. If you have a lot of 510 parts I would probably mark both battery and charger (paint?) so you won't get them mixed up.

I have used this "disposable" 50% (swapping to the MOD while charging the disposable) of my waking hours from Saturday morning to Tuesday morning so far. That would easily have saved 3 packs of cheap cigars.

A couple of these and a little juice would be the perfect test gig for a newbie.
And if anyone kills one of these batteries, send it my way, I'll chop the connector off and give the rest a proper burial.

This is probably as good a time as any.
This supplier has met all the Rocket's criteria for a top notch award winning Good Guy. Two orders so far completed with great communication, good pricing, and freebies (love the freebies). And I could probably make a 10440 mod out of those little advertising flashlights.

So here ya go, Hoog, you have just got yourself one of the most prestigious vaping awards out there, the coveted

ROCKET'S THUMBS UP AWARD

Feel free to post on your website, print it and stick it on the fridge> Keep up the good work and
I'll be bach.

Hi, I called you about my apartment number on my order the other day to make sure it would ship okay and it all arrived in great condition.

This thing hits imo like the closest thing to an analog. I have only tried my 901 and a friends 403 and I love them both. I am still very impressed with the price/performance of this product. While I have Joye510s on the way, I think I may have waisted my money on the more expensive joyes. I will have to wait and see for a direct comparesion.

I orderd the 5 pack and am stoked to order the next 8 pack from your site. Charge time is great, and I am on the third recharge now and still going strong. The carts are a little smaller than my 901 but I never filled them all the way because it waisted the juice anyway.

My only true complaint is that the carts on both the disposable and the reg kit on your site leak like a sieve! Not out the mouth hole, but where the carts connect to the atty. It looks fine at a glance but if you rub your fingers over the part where they come together you will get a small amount of e-juice on your hand/shirt/etc. I do have a soulution though! I used a 901 cart which is slightly larger in diamater, but still fit into the 510 atty. This made a much tighter fit and completely eliminated the leak! I will be replacing the 510 carts with my 901s for my friends and family that I will be passing these kits onto. Just quick fix that makes this kit absolutly perfect!

hope this helps

Thanks guys for the kind words.. Glad you like the disposables.. They're a great deal..

Bigslick, Good tip on the 901 carts, my desk is littered with stuff and I never thought of trying that... Gonna have to check it out.. 510 are always a bit touchy with the carts even if they're from the same vendor..

Hey Rocket, I got just got a new 'Rocket thumbs up' tattoo!!

The disposable is still working just fine. The atty performs, what can I say. I have vaped it continuously, swapping to the Mod while the 510 battery was charging. Like I said before, I cut a little notch for each vape/recharge cycle. The covering is a black vinyl sleeve instead of paint. The atty looks painted/normal.
The attached photo shows the number of cycles so far. I am about out of room and I'm bored counting cycles.

And don't let Snarky know but the atty on it right now is a 808D-1 empty, filled with my 50/50 VG/PG Redbull/Cherry/Cinnamon on a 510 to 901 slotted adapter.

Just had to try the cartomizer. No comments yet

Remember the 5 I ordered. Well, still only opened one, quit notching the battery, and still no failure. Week and no failure.
(just don't let Hacki read this).

Now if Mad would let me order 4 regular and 4 menthol (I know a couple that smoke that) I'll order more Christmas presents.

Here's the notched battery, still going strong, with a 510 to 801 adapter and a 801 atomizer.
And, the disposable atty on a big battery mod just to point out both parts are fully compatible with the 510.

Been exactly one week now since I have used the disposable. two friends have also started using them since I had mine. No failures. One is having only slight drop off in battery life, but mine is still going strong after more than 10 charges. I feel like Austin Powers, "WHY WON'T YOU DIE!!!" As soon as the thing does, I can use the connector for that nifty flashlight you gave me.

Funny story.

I used the flashlight to find a PV my employee dropped in the dark, raining parking lot we work at. He had to catch a bus and gave up looking for it. He called me and your freebie flashlight saved the day!

Never wanted to get into modding and now I can't wait, DAMN YOU!!!
Although it will put off on me buying that 905 too soon.

Tell me please, if this will work, as I am pretty new to this, but I love electronics and can grasp most things. Removing the led and drilling a hole in the cone to fit the connector. Solder shut the opening in the battery connector for dripping and to provide a connection to the positive termenal of the battery. It looks like the shim under the button is a negative switch that completes the circuit when depressed by touching the shim to the metal plate that holds in the flashlight led. So I would need to make sure the positive connector is insulated from where the shim will ground on the outside of the battery connector so no short circuits. It looks like it would take 10 mins or less, and I'm excited to do it, but I don't want to do something stupid and ruin it at the same time.

Do you know what protected battery you sell would work best? I also need 6 ml bottles, are you going to sell them empty? Sorry if you already have them on the site, didnt see this morning.

If only this freaken battery would die. I'm too frugal to let even one charge goto waste

Big,
I also have a couple of his advertising flashlights and left over 10440 AAA size batteries (used in the DSE-701 cigar). This should work, sounds like a good project, a mini mod.

The first couple of posts in the Cheap All Day Sucker thread show the batteries and little chargers that came with the cigar. A true rating for these is about 300mah, don't believe the 600mah hype from some sellers.

and a word from the Fashion Police:
if you would rather have a stainless steel disposable the paint will come off the atty with scotchbrite while the battery is in a black plastic sleeve, slice it off with a razor.
Just be careful. My first disposable is still going, a little over a week.
