Auto batteries are somewhat fragile. You cannot drop them from much height or else some of the internal mechanisms that kick the battery on from inhalation will come loose or flat out break. The auto-only battery setup of the L88 models make me a little upset, but it's a workable product with decent parts. I have a 510 and I only have manual batteries, because I have dropped my ecigs before. The 510 has stood up to a lot of punishment (most of which on tile floors or concrete) from me and for that I am an avid owner.

Get yourself a meter. It doesn't have to all that expensive either. You're not going for extreme accuracy just for comparisons. You could check your batts volts when new and charged, you'll then be able to check them again if you think they are going bad. Not perfect but better than guessing. Check your atties ohms when they are new, or compare the ohms between one that works well vs. one that doesn't. If the ohms match a good cleaning should restore performance. If there is a big difference it's probably shot.

Could be due to two things off the top of my head:

1. Lack of oxygen due to inhalation of a viscous substance. When too much of a light but viscous substance is piled into the lungs, the lungs are then unable to bring in ample oxygen. A lack of oxygen will make you lightheaded.

2. Usually strong exposure to nicotine via inhalation, absorption via skin, or absorption via mucus membrane. Too much nicotine at once will give you quite the buzz, sometimes enough to make you lightheaded.

And sometimes enough to KILL you!

I was thinking about getting some nicotine (believe it or not, it's used as an insecticide in gardens and can be gotten in 100% strength!)

But when I looked around and found how easily it is absorbed by the skin...

ah, hello, Vt Vapor? Here's my next order...
