If you go to a fabric store you can find all types of fiber materials around the quilting and pillow making dept. The two major type differences are the real fluffy stuff(looks like spider web) or a more thicker uniform layer style.
I have tried both styles and I prefer the thicker uniform style. You can actually cut strips the same size as your old cart fiber so that you can fold into halves or thirds. This style also draws better than the fluffy stuff. The fluffy stuff gets really saturated and ends up rolled into a ball like. Plus it's really hard to fold the fluffy stuff.
So for me I use the thicker style fiber. Give this a try it really works well. The big plus is a bag will last you and about 700 hundred people a life time for around $7.00 dollars.

The two ways I have tried is to first put about 4 or 5 drops into the empty fiber holder then cut a length of fiber, bend it into shape then use the tweezers to to place the fiber into the holder and work it up and down to start the saturation process. Then I top it off with 2 to 3 ore drops on top.
The other is just to place the fiber into the holder then soak with juice.
You will not believe how much smoke this method generates. I'm using a N-JOY NPRO and you would thing I had a fog machine instead.

Give this a try and let me know how it works out for you.

I've been using my 510 for about 3 weeks now. So far I haven't seen any sign of the filter materal becoming damaged. I just use the tweezers to carefully remove the filter and blot it clean on a paper tower. I reinsert it about 2/3 of the way into the cart and then add the ejuice between the cart wall and the filter, using the JC glass droper, until I can see the level rising up the in the cart. I then carefully push the filter materal back the rest of the way into the cart and top off if needed.

One thing I do that may prolong the life of the cart materal is I quit using the cart as soon as I see a decline in the amount of vapor. I don't let the cart run dry.
