You can kinda do it with a cartomizer, but the effect isn't quite the same and if you drip too much juice it gats messy. Hust drip a drop on the wire in the center of the cartomizer. You'll get a couple really good hits that way. It works better on an atomizer with a mesh over the heater; you drip about 3-5 drops on the mesh and then knock yourself to the floor with the vapor. Good for about 6 hits.
