I just find the blue foam to be easier than tea bags, both work pretty good. Tea bags are okay, but you have to fold them just right, and that takes too much time for me. (okay, maybe I am a little lazy too) | Im way lazier. I only use cartos. I have a nice collection of brand new atomisers that came with the kits (shhhh .... dont tell steampunk hes known around these parts as the atty smasher warlord.)

| I find the Fluval adds a kind of a sweet, perfumey flavor, not my cup o' tea...

I think I have about 15 atomizers but I keep them for "special occasions" when I really want some flavor. I might bring one with me Friday when we play out, but I have a 2 ohm that's just 'broken in' and the cloud of vapor is amazing.

| Step, when I use carts the blue foam is my choice too. Over on ecf I believe that hiping started using just a plug at the atty end about 1/2"X3/4" and rolled it up to stuff in the cart. Fill the cart w/ 12 drops of juice, insert plug add a couple more drops and vape on.
The cart uses up every last drop and lasts for hours. Works for me and I've never had a burnt filler taste. |

| Most of the time I just direct drip, unless I am in the car or somewhere other than home, then I use a cartomizer. I work from home so that's not very often.
However, I still use the blue foam, but not like you would think. I have yet to find a drip tip that does not cause me to get splash on the lips, so I take a normal cart (I mostly prefer the 901 whistle tips in a 510 atty) and I cut a small square, fold it in half so the bend is down, (juice tends to flow to a fold) and shove it way up in the tip. That way it acts like a catch incase the juice tries to splash, almost like a mini filter. Yeah, I have to pull the tip off every time I drip, but it's no big deal, I still prefer that over getting juice on my lips and teeth.
Since I still have a few drip tips, I have thought about using those on cartomizers to make them easier to refill, popping the little white caps can be a pain at times. I am currently working on a tip for an ego mega cartomizer, I had one that was not holding fluid properly, so I cut the very tip off, pulled out the foam, and once I find a suitable tip (probably a plastic cigar tip) I will see what modification I can come up with. I have about 20 or so of the mega tips, so I want to find an alternative once the filler stops working good.
I have a TW mega atomizer, and when I use it, I use the blue foam. I pretty much just cut a square double the width of the cart, roll it up and shove it in. It holds a fair amount of juice, probably around 1.5 mill and gives off plenty of smoke. |
