did a cost budget for the wife - went something like this

------------ Cancer Sticks vs VAPING COSTS ------------------
1.5 packs a day @ $5.75 Pack x 30 days = $258 Per Month!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
1st Month Total Cost Vaping = $258 - SAME as Cancer Sticks

-But look at what I received = A SIX - MONTH - SUPPLY!!!
_________________________________________________

GOODEJUICE = 2 Joyetech EgoT 1000mah LR+SR = $xx.00
HIT LIQUIDS = Chocolate +Butterscotch + Coffee = $xx.50
VIKING LIQUID = Grape +Eggnog +Cotton Candy = $xx.46
CRYSTALCLEAR = 3 Tips+ 16 Resorectors +Tank! = $xx.30
ELECTOVAPE = Variable Lux 950 mah + 3 Cartos = $xx.70
MR. WIZARD'S = Flavoring +Nicotine +250ml PG = $xx.04
_________________________________________________
6 Month Supply... 630ml of 24mg Nic Juice TOTAL = $258.00
_________________________________________________
+ + clean smelling house, car, bathroom, clothes, and breath!
+ + Much healthier and a lot more time to play with my kids!+
+ + Next 5 months Free! Which saves us over $1250 off Cigs+
+ + Still get nicotine plus great flavors and fun e-smokvaping+

I hope to do some video reviews some day.

After I showed this to the wife, she said I could get the Joyetech 18650 MOD... so much for budgeting But she smiled and said "Whatever keeps you off smokes!"

So...
--- Month Two ---
Time to get serious about 18650 batteries and chargers!

...It seems like there is always better stuff coming out for me to try, but this will be it for a while. (I hope!) I tried to drip one of my DSE101 e-cigs (from '07, which I paid $79 for- lol) a few days ago- and damn, We've come a Long Way, Baby! This stuff just keeps getting better, and cheaper - I've died and gone to heaven right?

God Bless you all, and as always, Keep Vapin!

Ricer,
You did some good shopping. Try not to chase the latest and greatest gadget, or the perfect flavor and you will come out far enough ahead to get new leathers for Christmas

Try and stay ahead of any "Failures". Never get down to just one e-cig, one charger, just a few cartos. Spare up long before you get low on anything.

Congrats on the attitude dude.

Thanks.
Yeah- I did a lot of studying. But I got through the hardest part by using only 2 eGo Tanks (w/Mega TypeB LR/SR Atty's) They were so user friendly I was spoiled!
I use them 1/3 of the time now, My Blueberry(Grape soda) Tank 1/3 of the time, And the Lux 950 about "175 toots!" per day...

Not having as much luck with cartos- harder to clean, easy to dry up, easy to overfill. too dry... too wet... uhggg! (Reaching for me eGo T!)

ahhh- without an easy- quick GO TO device- i'd still be smoking... Then I realized I only have 2 days worth of batteries... not a good equation with 6 mo.s of juice.... Need to even things out. Bigger Better Batteries... to be continued! Right after these \/ messages...

I haven't actually tallied all the stuff I've bought since I started vaping, but just by rough estimates I do know it's half or less than what I was spending on analogs.

Now that I have ~125 cartos, a few bottles of juice, some home made PVs and a couple others, my cost to vape has come down.

If I stopped using Vt Vapor juices I could cut my costs more, but that ain't happening....

Well I don't! We are from different necks of the woods. I don't think that a Tiger or fleur de lis would grab your attention.

The smoke is OK, but I like Tobacco better. Also ChocoMint, Vanilla, Mocha and Cafe Au Lait.

Nice, thanks for sharing. I tried all the patches, gums, pills, too. The closest I came was with the Nicotrol inhaler but that thing was expensive has heck and had to get a prescription to get it. Insurance also did not cover the cost of it and it was something like triple the cost of what I would have normally spent on cigs. I used it for 1 month and managed to go 8 months total, then started back again.

Thank you for the replies!

Damn Ry4- insurance wouldn't help with costs to quit smoking- The systems f-d and designed to make us fail!
I made it 5 months- 4 with the patch (twice as long as normal, I was so hooked) then 1 month without... (AKA- Hell Month!)
Back to analogs, then back to the doctor-
another prescription, another try... back to analogs

Cost wise, vaping is my best, and last shot at NOT SMOKING!

Keep Vaping!

Nope. Ins companies suck. I bought the patches and ended up with nearly the whole damn box stuck on me before I said to hell with it and light up-- then had small read square marks all over me from the patches. The gum.. well didn't know you were suppose to bite it then just let it sit between your gums and cheek... WTF... you chew gum! Well that sure as hell didn't last. The pills never did anything for me. Doc said give them some time, well if I had given them anymore time, I would have had dead bodies piled all around me My withdraws were not pretty by any means. Talk about a Royal Bitch.. but one that was hugging the toilet. I'd get very sick from the withdraws and would be puking when I wasn't screaming, shaking, and breaking things. The inhaler did ok but only paid for the 1 prescription for a month. The day I started back, I still wanted it as bad as the day I quit. These devices did very well to help me stay off of them but the regular ego style batts just couldn't quite get the nic cravings under heavy stress, so I would slip up here and there. Not until I got the Ipro and custom mod to vape at higher levels, did I get control over the cravings. I still get them from time to time but the devices I have now work very well to put those back in check.
