The pills never did anything for me. Doc said give them some time, well if I had given them anymore time, I would have had dead bodies piled all around me My withdraws were not pretty by any means. Talk about a Royal Bitch.. but one that was hugging the toilet. I'd get very sick from the withdraws and would be puking when I wasn't screaming, shaking, and breaking things. The inhaler did ok but only paid for the 1 prescription for a month. The day I started back, I still wanted it as bad as the day I quit. These devices did very well to help me stay off of them but the regular ego style batts just couldn't quite get the nic cravings under heavy stress, so I would slip up here and there. Not until I got the Ipro and custom mod to vape at higher levels, did I get control over the cravings. I still get them from time to time but the devices I have now work very well to put those back in check. |

Wait, You didn't LIKE those red dot tattoos?
You know, those itchy burning red dots! Really...
Seriously- I still have some left, Why- Because my aunt is an EMT- Ambulance Dr. She knows I was trying to quit and asked if I use the patch... She said STOP NOW! (w/our family history of heart disease)
First thing they do when they see a heart attack person that smells like a smoker- rip off the shirt and LOOK FOR A PATCH! She said 7/10 will have a patch on (in her area- a lot of old folks, most of whom smoke still!)
If your trying to quit and using the patch you CAN NOT smoke with it. So I filed the patches, and went back to smoking- I know it's worse, but I'm intolerable without the nicotine. First step to recovery is admitting nicotine is a problem!
Now to find out -how to use all these devices I have- to ween myself of Nic...

if possible....
