The pills never did anything for me. Doc said give them some time, well if I had given them anymore time, I would have had dead bodies piled all around me My withdraws were not pretty by any means. Talk about a Royal Bitch.. but one that was hugging the toilet. I'd get very sick from the withdraws and would be puking when I wasn't screaming, shaking, and breaking things. The inhaler did ok but only paid for the 1 prescription for a month. The day I started back, I still wanted it as bad as the day I quit. These devices did very well to help me stay off of them but the regular ego style batts just couldn't quite get the nic cravings under heavy stress, so I would slip up here and there. Not until I got the Ipro and custom mod to vape at higher levels, did I get control over the cravings. I still get them from time to time but the devices I have now work very well to put those back in check.

Wait, You didn't LIKE those red dot tattoos?

You know, those itchy burning red dots! Really...

Seriously- I still have some left, Why- Because my aunt is an EMT- Ambulance Dr. She knows I was trying to quit and asked if I use the patch... She said STOP NOW! (w/our family history of heart disease)

First thing they do when they see a heart attack person that smells like a smoker- rip off the shirt and LOOK FOR A PATCH! She said 7/10 will have a patch on (in her area- a lot of old folks, most of whom smoke still!)

If your trying to quit and using the patch you CAN NOT smoke with it. So I filed the patches, and went back to smoking- I know it's worse, but I'm intolerable without the nicotine. First step to recovery is admitting nicotine is a problem!

Now to find out -how to use all these devices I have- to ween myself of Nic... if possible....

Thanks, haven't slipped up since June. Had one real close call to throwing in the towel on the whole thing but berger and teri got me through that ugly moment of mine. Since I got the ipro and mod tek made, haven't had the cravings take hold like they had been.

Nooooo.. I did not like the itchy red dot tattoos.

Wow, that is interesting to know. I had on probably half the box and smoked with them on. I was of course removing them as I was smoking. Guess I was lucky I didn't have a heart attack, did get a bit light headed I think I have more than a nic addiction and need the smoking sensation of TH as well. I have actually dropped my nic levels down to around 15 now and doing good and the reg batts did not help with craving a cig. However the higher hitting mods I have do.
